The Installation Ceremony of RC Sibsagar began with MOC Rtn. Dr. Vandana Gupta Sarmah welcoming Rotarians from Jorhat & Dibrugarh, PDG Rtn. Kalpana Khaund, Guest Dr. Bhaskar Borah, Annes, Rotarylets & guests, with a brief note on the club’s history. Dignitaries were invited to the dais and felicitated. President Rtn. Dr. Beenapani Hazarika called the meeting to order, followed by the National Anthem, lamp lighting and invocation. She delivered her address, honored Rtn. Ravi Sharma & Rtn. Manab Baruah as Best Rotarians, and presented PHF/MPHF pins. A poem by Rtn. Dr. Ripun Borpujari and the Secretary’s Report by Rtn. Dr. Anjana Sarmah added value. Rotarylets Aanushmita & Srikriti performed. PDG Rtn. Kalpana installed Rtn. Manab Baruah as President, who shared his vision and felicitated Rotarylets. Dr. Bhaskar Borah inspired with a motivational talk. The bulletin Kalanchu was released, guests shared felicitations, and the event concluded with a Vote of Thanks and fellowship dinner.
