During the District Governor’s Official Visit, Rtn. Dr. Kameswar Singh Elangbam visited “Srijani,” the vocational training centre of the Rotary Club of Sibsagar dedicated to empowering underprivileged women through cutting and stitching training. The District Governor interacted with the trainees, instructors, and club members, appreciating the initiative for promoting self-reliance and livelihood opportunities among women.
